Do you accept international customers?

Of course - we have customers from all over the world. As long as you are able to pay using credit card, we will be happy to provide hosting wherever you live.

Can I try out an account before spending any money?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can still get your money back within 14 days of purchasing though if you are not happy

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

We are sure that you will be pleased with your hosting account but if not we will be happy to refund your money within 14 days of opening your account with us.

Please note however this is as long as our terms and conditions have not been breached and does not include any domain name fees. Also, if over 50% of your resource allocation has been used before requesting the refund we are unable to process the request.

How fast do you answer support questions?

Support tickets are answered within 24 hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Most times your support tickets are answered within just minutes

In our Control Panels, can we setup email addresses, sub-domains, auto-responders and the like thereof?

Yes, the Control Panel is one of the very best in the industry. You can manage all aspects of your hosting from setting up email addresses to configuring your MySQL databases. It's set out in a friendly manner and it's easy to understand and use.

Can I see how much disk space and Data Transfer my domain name is utilising?

Yes. That information is available in Control Panels for each domain name.

If I wish to upgrade to other Plan, is that possible?

Yes, certainly. Submit a request to upgrade your plan and your account will seamlessly be upgraded with NO interruption to your current hosting.

Can I use FrontPage 98, 2000 and 2002 to build my site and host it on your servers?

Yes, we support FrontPage 98, 2000 and 2002 with the very latest FrontPage Server Extensions.
